
Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting
Who doesn’t love homemade frosting? Everyone can seriously just sit down and lick the entire spoon and bowl when it’s all mixed up. Marshmallow Buttercream is no exception and may be the most evil of all spoon temptresses!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract or vanilla bean
- 1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cream butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium until butter is light and fluffy
- Add in almond extract or vanilla bean
- Gradually beat in sifted confectioners’ sugar, about a 1/2 cup at a time
- Once fully combined, gently fold the marshmallow creme into the frosting until light and fluffy
